Completed in 2012 this is a truly one of the nicest two bedroom houses we offer. Beautifully rustic decorations, fully tiled and absolutely great view of the bay and beach.

Christmas from Dec 20th thru Jan 3rd, and Easter week, add an additional $10 USD per night to the posted rate.
All prices are per unit in US Dollars.
A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation. Payment Methods:
- Mexican bank transfers or deposits
- Paypal (Must add a 6% fee)
Once you send in your reservation request and we are able to confirm, you will receive payment instructions for the deposit.

Reservation Policy
To confirm your reservation, we require a 50% advance of the total stay. Payment can be made via PayPal (with an additional 6% commission fee) or by bank deposit or transfer to any bank in Mexico. The remaining balance is settled upon your arrival in cash.
