Just completed , Vista del Rio #4 is a super nice one bedroom with A/C unit sitting atop the Vista del Rio building giving it one of the best views of all of our houses. A short walk down to the main beach and a quick few steps up to the main path leading to town. Perfect for two.

Christmas from Dec 20th thru Jan 3rd, and Easter week, add an additional $10 USD per night to the posted rate.
All prices are per unit in US Dollars.
A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation. Payment Methods:
- Mexican bank transfers or deposits
- Paypal (Must add a 6% fee)
Once you send in your reservation request and we are able to confirm, you will receive payment instructions for the deposit.

Reservation Policy
To confirm your reservation, we require a 50% advance of the total stay. Payment can be made via PayPal (with an additional 6% commission fee) or by bank deposit or transfer to any bank in Mexico. The remaining balance is settled upon your arrival in cash.
